You may be asking yourself... "What does 14/20 Gold-Fill mean?"

Gold filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold on the outside surface, which constitutes at least 5% of the total weight. By Law, when a product is marked with the fraction 14/20, it means that the item must contain 1/20 of 14 karat gold (5%) with relation to the brass/bronze fill core. All Our "gold-fill" Jewelry is 14/20, and is nickel free. Gold filled item have 5-10 times thicker gold on the outside than gold plating, and 15-20 times more than electroplate.
